About Me

Debbie Hargreaves began her career in real estate in 1984. Starting as a licenced salesperson, working in Greater Vancouver, she built upon her early success, passing a stringent examination to qualify for an Agent's licence, allowing her, if she chose to act as the nominee for any real estate company in addition to helping her customer sell or buy their dream home.
An award winning Realtor in Greater Vancouver, Debbie brought her skill and ability to Victoria in 1994 where she and her husband, lawyer Michael Hargreaves, pursued their careers. In addition to helping buyers and sellers with their home ownership decisions, Debbie is a talented artist, having spent four years at the Victoria College of Art.
A natural "people-person", Debbie understands that buying or selling your home can be the most important, and sometimes stressful decisions one can make. Her wide knowledge of the market, and her twenty years of experience allow her to offer you the advice and assistance you need and deserve.
